This massage promotes total relaxation, emotional well-being and balance. It will also enhance your mood, provide a better sleep, relieve headaches and increase your flexibility. In your relaxation moment, you are also taking care of both your body and mind in fundamental beautiful ways

CHRONIC TENSION
This therapeutic massage is used for chronic muscle tension and is a deeper invigorating massage. Focusing on the deeper layers of muscles, which is not applied with extra firm and painful pressure, but instead with the use of various techniques. Undoing chronic tension and tension built up over a lifetime is best achieved with an integrated program that includes exercise, work on your posture and ways of moving, relaxation techniques, and a regular program of massage.

ABDOMINAL/PELVIC
The hips and the pelvis are part of the core that stabilizes the body. Balancing this fundamental part is more than relieving hip pain, it also relieves the back, knee, front and back legs and feet. Addressing the abdomen, it’s acknowledging all the daily thoughts and emotions that we are storing within the body. By loosening this, you are unlocking deep and rooted tensions. Make time for “All body parts and especially for the place we all originate from!”

ABHYANGA
Abhyanga is a deeply soothing massage used with warm oil, which nourishes the body internally, externally and mobilizes deep muscle tissues. A very unique treatment that will leave you feeling invigorated, yet deeply relaxed at the same time. Oil or oleation or in Sanskrit "Snehana" means love. When we anoint the body generously in oil, we are anointing it in love and self-love and here is just the beginning of the health benefits of abhyanga. Abhyanga moves the body from a state of imbalance to equilibrium, from stress response to ease, from clogged ama (toxins) to freely circulating prana or chi (vital energy).

HOT STONES
Smooth, heated basalt stones are applied to the body in a deeply relaxing style of massage and are beneficial for chronic tension and stress. The controlled heat of the stones penetrates deep into the muscle tissue allowing the muscles to relax around 4-5 times quicker than in a standard massage. This is most suited for those who tolerate heat well.

HIMALAYAN STONES
Himalayan Salt Stone supports electromagnetic overload from electronic devices by neutralizing the effects of the toxic frequencies we live with every day. Additionally, the stone’s natural salt properties gently exfoliate the skin to promote naturally smooth and silky skin. It replenishes and nourishes your skin and body with 84 minerals and it’s highly relaxing.

It encourages oxytocin release that reinforces the connection to baby and family. It decreases pain from neck, shoulders, low back and chest triggered by carrying your child for prolonged time. It lessens fatigue by improving your sleep during this important shifting time. This type of therapy can be helpful even after 3 years postpartum.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a compression/release technique that induces an extreme relaxation response, normalizes the body’s internal functions, helps break down tension, alleviates stress, anxiety, and pain, and improves nerve function and blood supply throughout the body. Each foot has more than 7,000 nerve endings. By using reflexology, you can create positive changes in the digestive, reproductive, respiratory, circulatory, muscular, lymphatic, endocrine, skeletal, and urinary systems.
